We provide a service for clients that have already found their potential investment property but for one reason or another don`t have the time or availability to do a site visit for whatever purpose. The team at Easy Property Sourcing can book in a site visit or viewing on your behalf to cover any eventuality or perform whatever task you need a local agent on site for, the area we cover is the Merseyside region and other areas on request.
FULL PDF VIEWING REPORT
As part of our service we produce a full written report, images, video and if required a virtual tour of the property. The Aim is to provide everything you would need as if you are physically there in person without you having to take time out to do all the legwork. We offer 2 types of viewing service as detailed below: Once the property has been viewed and a report produced you have the option to use our project management service to oversee the rest of the process

John has an extensive background working within the Investment management sector for some of the largest banking corporations in the U.K and abroad spanning over 20 years before becoming involved with property investment. John is Liverpool born and bred and spends much of him time in and around the city and is fully conversant on the best areas to invest. In his spare time John loves to keep himself active & healthy and loves to travel to new places as often as he can.
Sue Rowlandson B.A (Hons)
Director/Investor Relations
Sue is adept at building and maintaining relationships having over 20 years experience within the public and private sectors working within organisations such as the NHS and the probation service. She gained her degree in Criminology at Liverpool Hope University and is a native of Liverpool. Sue is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage & inspire others to work hard and succeed. In her free time, Sue likes to work out at the gym, Spinning, skating and is an avid supporter of Everton F.C.
